- The request is made within the 14-day window.
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the course content or utilized the main AI roadmap features extensively.
- You have a valid reason for the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscription renewals (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
- Completed mentorship sessions.
- One-off digital downloads or specialized AI reports already generated.
